How accurate is the estimate?
It is a planning range built from the price bands we publish: inspected used commercial beds, new commercial beds, stand-ups, hybrid and red light units, and a per-bed allowance for the dedicated circuit. It is not a quote. A quote comes after we see the space and the panel.
Does it include buildout, lease and licensing?
No. It covers equipment and the electrical to run it. Rooms, HVAC, signage, software, lotions and working capital are on top. The new salon page has the full checklist.
Can you source the used beds?
Yes. We inspect and service used commercial beds before they go in, and we install them. It is usually the smartest way to open the volume rooms, with new or hybrid units in the signature room.
