Lamps are the one part of a tanning bed that is guaranteed to need replacing, and the one most salons replace late, piecemeal, or with the wrong code. Every month a tired set stays in the bed, clients get a weaker tan and quietly rebook somewhere else. The Relamp Plan takes the guessing out: we log every bed, set the relamp date from your real sessions, show up or ship on that date with the right matched set, and take a UV meter reading each time so the schedule comes from measurement, not memory.
What the plan includes
- Baseline visit. Every bed logged: make, model, lamp code, lamp count, current hours, acrylic condition, and a UV meter reading at a fixed point.
- Your relamp calendar. Dates set from your sessions per bed, not a generic rule. You see the whole year.
- Matched lamp sets on schedule. The correct code for each bed, sourced by us, including for older and discontinued models. Full sets, never two bright lamps in a bank of tired ones.
- Installation in Michigan. We relamp, clean the acrylics, check starters and fans while the bed is open, and take the new baseline reading. One visit, your beds are back to full output.
- Shipped nationwide with a video install session. Outside Michigan, the set ships to you and Stan walks your staff through the relamp on video.
- Output on record. A reading at every relamp. Over a year you have a real output curve per bed, and you catch a hazed acrylic before you buy lamps it will block.
- Reminders before each date, and a locked lamp price for the year.

What is the Relamp Plan?
A standing arrangement for your lamps. We log every bed you have, its lamp code and its hours, set the relamp date from your actual sessions, and show up or ship on that date with the right matched set. You stop guessing, your beds stop fading between relamps, and you never pay for lamps you did not need yet.
How is it priced?

What does the yearly output check involve?
At each relamp we take a UV meter reading at a fixed point and distance and log it with the hours. Over a year that gives you a real output curve for each bed, so relamp dates come from measurement, not a guess. It also catches an acrylic that is costing you output before you buy lamps that cannot shine through it.
Can I start mid-season?
Yes. The first visit sets the baseline for every bed: hours, lamp code, acrylic condition, a meter reading. Beds that are already past their hours get relamped on that visit. Everything else goes on the calendar.
What if I only want lamps, no plan?
Call. We quote lamps by model and ship or install them. The plan is for owners who would rather never think about it again.
